If we've bid twice then surely we must know what they want or where to go from here? Otherwise it's a pointless exercise just bumping it up a touch for a third bid..

Also you'd imagine with Hammond scouting him, we must have sounded out the player or his agent about whether he wants to come as we've been fairly aggressive with our approach....although it needs upping..

On paper, this shouldn't be a hard deal to get over the line..

 

Offering them Connell on loan could be a good move. You'd imagine he'd be one of the first names on the teamsheet for them.

Hopefully this one can get over the line sounds like Alfie has some serious potential, West Ham fans were raving about his performance last night.

His versatility to play Left back and either wing would be great to have. He ticks a lot of boxes in being able to add pace to our left hand side which is sorely missing, he will have serious sell on potential, available at a modest fee, and his versatility.

 

Hope this gets done.

 

Good to find out a bit about him there. If the Charlton fans rate him so highly he must be a decent player, especially so young. Sounds like he's similar to KT in many ways - rapid, can beat a man but has the ability to defend as well.

Hope we get this over the line as he sounds promising and could prove a bargain. Kind of player EPL teams would pay top whack for in a few years if he develops here.

He will be. He isn’t ready yet, still a work in progress. He can run with a ball

He's good yes but not ready for a club like Celtic. Needs a full proper season in the team first Blistering pace too.
