I trust Ange.

Deserves the benefit of the doubt considering hit rate with transfers.

 

I dunno mate I think his videos are poor. Looks very Bitton-esque which is not what we need. We need someone more imposing who can dominate that area of the pitch. I'd be delighted to be proven wrong though.

 

I'm not against taking chances and Ange has done well so far but this is a position we really need to be as strong as possible at.

Let's not kid anyone on for as good as we were last season that team would not have done too well in a decent CL group. Its a different level of opposition we are going to be up against

Checked a Forest forum and they seemed to think he was *. Reading forum was like a ghost town but the bits I could find, they didn't seem arsed if he stayed in with them or not.

 

Ange and Celtic aren't going to get every single transfer correct and bang on.

That does need reminding at times because of the utter unbelievable and entirely out of the ordinary success we had with literally signing that could be attributed to Ange last season.

But even still the signings we are making just feel like they are something different to the older ways of Celtic...so makes me think Ange is getting more say in transfers, I could be lost in the hype and excitement myself...but I'm excited to see what this lad can offer if Ange is the one saying he fits his idea and style.

 

I doubt the deal is as close as the sources in Portugal are stating, and they haven't exactly been great with the Jota stuff either (Complete guessing throughout the majority, like the rags over here)

With this guy, It's definitely a "Trust Ange" if he signs, but to go from Souza to him is a big step down, surprised there's no middle-ground being stated. Hopefully there is (Belmonte would be perfect if we can't get Souza)

 

The issue is the mandatory buy clause.. if he's *, we're stuck with him

 

Hopefully just a back up target to Vinicius.

 

Out of all the midfielders we've been linked with in the last few weeks it looks like we're signing the worst one by a mile, ffs

 

Boy was highly thought about at benfica at the start , he then went on loans to teams struggling financially and expected to be bottom half teams. Dont forget the championship is a pretty decent league.if you put oriley , mcgregor in those teams they wouldnt have the same impact. Look at jota when he was on loan in spain ! Looked so bang average as the team didnt suit his style and he looks class for us. Will trust ange with this one and i have said that i wouldnt be surprised to see ideguchi and mcgregor take biton and rogics places and see us sign 2 DMC.

I hope he's near the top of Ange's wanted list and he isn't having to just settle cause we can't get Vinicius Souza.

Folk don’t half like to write a guy off before he’s even kicked a ball for us (if he signs)ffs lol. I think we should be giving Ange the benefit of the doubt when it comes to signings, his recruitment has been spot on so far.

The fact he improved Ralston ten fold, Bitton, Rogic etc is obviously a good sign he can improve players, hopefully he will help this guy iron out any weaknesses he has in his game.

 

Career has looked poor..

No been impressed by his highlights. Looks weak as well..
