    Dominant, professional, comfortable.

Tie is done and we can continue getting match fitness.

Great to have the hoops back. No surprises in that game. Seen it out like professionals. HH

Got the result, in difficult conditions, which is all that matters at this stage.

Terrific result to set up a fairly carnival like atmosphere next week now. Will allow Rodgers to rest a couple and maybe allow us to see more from the likes of Christie, Allan, or Kouassi before decisions are made on their futures.

    Very pleased with the result.

That's us into the next round.

Would like to have a defender in by the time we play Rosenborg.

Simunovic played well tonight never put a foot wrong but have to take into consideration opponents for future rounds i guess.

A decent result for Celtic , all things considered . It really is ridiculous that the Scottish champions are starting their competitive European campaign whilst the world cup semi finals are still to be played . It scunners my * to think that some leagues are so well treated compared to others regarding European club competitions . I mean Spain have something like 3 of the top 4 seeds

Great result but more importantly was the performance. Long way to go to hit peak for the new season but fantastic to see how sharp and fit we looked already. Too many times we have struggled at this point in pre season with these qualifying games, especially in those conditions.

Assuming Rosenborg get through their tie. They are not as good as the team we played last season

Rosenborg really is a * of a tie to have so early in the qualifiers isn’t it?

Say it ever year but if we want to be in the CL we have to beat teams like them, no excuses.. but it’s less than ideal.

Just from seeing a few of their games. They seem to not have any urgency in their play even when they go a goal down. * knows how they are second in their league. Long ball game is what they try to play majority of the time

Especially with two of our key defenders still on holiday.

Thinking about the defending here, looking at the World cup, almost all Went back fast as * to defend, We don't do that. we have our 3 or four who back track. But why do teams in the World cup back track more players?...because they want to not let in any. One thing strange...i have seen a lot of games, teams defend more in World cup matches than they do in other games. I am wrong in this?
