    I do like the style a lot but i dont wear leather so it doesn't really matter haha.
    Got the vegan Stan Smiths but thats it for Adidas.

    I am right into my adidas trainers. Specially city series. Got about 20 pairs. But my favourties are the adidas dublin Paddy day ones. In nice green white and black.

    Dublin release with the black soles are one of the nicest adidas trainers.

    Serious question, I think the samba took over from the kick ? I had a few pairs but they weren’t the same as the kick, tongue too big. As I seem to be entering the mid life crisis, why don’t they make kicks anymore ? Has somebody any idea or do I have to go out and buy a * Harley davidson .

    City series are harder to get than SPZL! had the cordoba but moved them on for ///cp sambas to match the navy jacket. Dublin paddy’s are on my grail

    The samba were released 3 decades before the kick mate. They were the next progression as someone mentioned earlier, from the kick along with the bambas. Probs cheaper to buy the Harley! Used to go through about 2/3 pairs a year of the kicks… even ventured into the Puma Match the odd time

    yeah its a nightmare, specially dealing with size… their workers just buy them before release and chuck them on ebay. I always go via them: https://www.43einhalb.com/ often they dont sell out after 5seconds. But ofcourse they dont get the exclusives. I got the adidas dublins paddy day on ebay i must admit and payed way over the top. But i didnt care, cause i really wanted them.

    Seems to be a big gripe with collectors regarding SIZE staff. They shouldn’t be allowed to buy the stock up and inflate the prices for eBay. Takes the fun out of collecting. It is another reason why I’m relaxed about buying adidas Originals. I won’t pay over the top just to have it. I touch for a lot of nice stuff and it can take weeks of trolling through second hand sites. I won’t be held to trying to buy so many new releases which I feel dilutes the market completely. I enjoy getting new adidas for birthday presents from family which make them special for me.

    I normally never buy from Ebay at inflated prices. But those Dublins in our colours were just a thing of beauty that i could not resist, its like * on my feet lol.
    Its so ridiculous with size, they have lost so many collectors, but they know they sell them anyways. So they dont want to change anything. Been going on for a best part of a decade. There used to be times when i had a chance to get trainers on release at 8.30am… but i stopped trying three years ago, as it got too frustrating.

    adidas Originals Superstar All over print from November 2013. Never worn it and put it on today and quickly taken off. Didn’t realise it was feckin 22° outside.
