    I’m disappointed I wasn’t called a bigot again
And no: Celtic are a Scottish team with Irish origin roots. Playing in Great Britain. Not a ‘British Team’ - that doesn’t accurately portray our history. Of which I’m fiercely proud of, which clearly you hate. Note: not a single example of name-calling from my side. Check yourself.

Ma Da was Davy and his Da before him was Davy. No relation to the boxer as far as am aware. Am sure Dave boy was a prod so very much doubt it.

I have a strong Peruvian bloodline on my mother’s side and my fathers mother was Icelandic and her husband my grandfather was third generation Pygmy. Wouldn’t have thought it to look at him as he had a big mop of blonde hair like Boris and he was nearly 5ft 3.

I'm inclined to see myself as a Briton, given my birth place was in Yr Hen Ogledd (the old north). Look at the place names in Scotland... Aber..a suffix describing a confluence of waterways... Ecclefechan... (fechan = monk yn y Cymraeg).

DNA wise, I have no idea as the nation of Scotland didn't exsist till 843ad . If you think youre Scottish/Irish, then fair play but beware in mind those lines drawn on maps are at best political... nothing to do with your DNA.. On top of that there are pre Roman tribes that had territories on both sides the Gaelic sea. (E.G. Brigantes).

Saying anyone's DNA determines their cultural heritage is at best clutching at straws.

In our idealised perception of the past, we leave ourselves open to manipulation by the right wing or other userpers.

No matter where we're from, we are one people

    Hail Hail.
