    Raised On Celtic
    A Faithful Celtic Fan
Wishing for the skills of Paul McStay
Were the heritage of Celtic ran through his veins,
Or to have the aggressive ability of Bertie Auld
Before we had Lubo, he was the Master of the ball.

To be blessed with the agility of a young George Connolly
Who entertained the faithful at Parkhead on a Saturday,
We sure wish we could score goals like Brian McClair
And be Jorge Cadette with his head full of hair.

We could have played our careers at Parkhead with pride
Or been an out & out striker like Joe McBride,
Scored a goal like Gemmell, who had a cannonball shot
Or we could have stood with John Collins, who made them quiet at Ibrox.

We could have shaken the hand of the great Jock Stein
And been a member of the squads of his 9-In-A-Row teams,
We could have whispered to Mo Johnstone as we stood on the pitch
That he didn’t deserve to wear the green & white strip.

We were jealous of the skills possessed by DiCanio,
Grieved in our hearts when Dalglish was sold,
And to wee Johnny Doyle, who in heaven stills sings,
Of young Aiden McGeady racing down the wing.

We wish we could wear the famous green & white
And played in any position for any Celtic side,
But we’ve travelled to Parkhead, as boy and man,
And stood proud as we shout, I’m A Faithful Celtic Fan.

    Dubs,

    i've changed it to

    "Of young Aiden McGeady
    racing down the wing."

i'm wondering, if a song, chant (or poem) could be made for Bobo. something like 'Bobo's gonna get you!. seems like a good chant at CP.

lol @ dubs. i like Bobo. not the most deft ball handler, but there's something to be said for having a player who exerts sheer physical terror. harder to concentrate if you're looking over your shoulder to see where Bobo is.
