    The way things stand right now, we would be seeded for Rounds 2 and 3 and possibly unseeded in the playoff! but that's about 8 months away to worry about it, so we would need a few top seeds knocked out in the 2nd/3rd rounds for us in playoffs.

    Well if I'm reading it correctly. The pitiful display in 2010/11 where we got 2.220 points won't count next season cause it's only points gained in the last 5 seasons that count.

    So a decent showing in the Europa this year could make a huge difference.

    I thought the 'Champions Route' as it's called always meant we'd be a seeded team all the way through the qualifiers?

    I don't see how we may not be seeded next year?

    Does seeding not come into the play-off round especially though, so instead of facing the '*' countries' champions we could face the likes of Basel etc?

    There's also the possibility that some of the sides who were ranked higher than us this year might not win their leagues. Salzburg, Plzen etc.

    So a lot can change through the season. But worth keeping an eye on.
