The biggest single atrocity since the Atom strikes in 1945.

It's legacy will be felt for decades to come.

And it now dictates countries defence and military policies the world over.

four leaf clover, just cant get enough.
I was in senior year at high school. The whole place shut down for the day and this weird cloud hung over the school for the rest of the year. Its still something that comes back and hits you from time to time. The madness of that year was scary.

Living in the states I honestly thought the whole world was going to come to an end.

Terrible atrocity and my heart goes out to all the people affected but dont you think the American nation had it coming with their state sponsored terrorism and interfeering in other nations buisness ? Unfortunately innocent civilians always suffer not the politicians causing the trouble .

Not really - two wars on one subcontinent isn't a world war.

I mind coming in from school, must have been eight y.o., going into my grans and everyone was all gathered in the livingroom watching GMTV. I don't remember much apart from seeing the footage.

    The war is worldwide.

As unconventional as it is (war on terror) it can be classed as WWIII as it's not as you say fought in one subcontinent.

It's fought away from home aswel as in the UK/USA/Madrid/Bali/many nations, but as i stated it's a different kind of war and imo will only spread.
