    Yeah saw this on Twitter:

Arsenal ticket price for this weekends game - £94.50. Bayern Munich season ticket - £96.50.

I've been to the Emirates twice and for all the comfy seats and great views the food is absolutely horrible.

Hardly any local lads can afford to go, apart from League cup games and wigan, wba, swansea, etc on a week night. You'll find Arsenal fans like me in the pub watching the games, we have been forced out due to prices, a bit like local Chelsea fans too

£95 to watch them draw with average sides and sell their best players, no thanks.

    Mental prices at Arsenal

Makes the £52 max ticket price at Old Trafford look quite reasonable

Really? They have a sell-out most games. 60k+ are willing to pay that.
I would say good luck to them. They obviously have a fan base that are a) willing to pay and b) can pay.
If we could all afford to pay £90+ a ticket we would and the club would charge it as well make no mistake. And we would be able to pay our players more.

I have been to the Emirates with 2 Arsenal supporting colleagues and while it seemed a bit sterile (first season after the move) it was a brilliant product on the park with plenty of quality.
But yes the food was bland :icon_mrgreen:

United's prices were pretty good for years to be fair to them.

I was at Old Trafford a couple of seasons ago for a League 2 play off final. My ticket was in one of the better sections but face value was a whopping £56.

Arsenals ticket prices are like that because they need them to be, if Arsenals ticket prices were the same as the other top teams in England then they would struggle badly to maintain themselves at the top end of the League as they are not as rich as the other teams and dont want to lose their place in the CL.

I hope they fail to reach the Champions League next season and end up badly in the * :50:

The only reason they sell out most games too is that they have 55,000 season ticket holders and to buy a season ticket you need to buy every home game, so they always have that number of fans there atleast. The only reason people are willing to pay that is it includes all the big games and the Champions League games, the first time they are not in the Champions League they will lose season ticket holders.

hmm, so I'm going to see 3 Champions league games for less money and they're charging that for 1 game that is nowhere near going to be as good.
