    Unless there's a warchest :)86:) somewhere I don't know about, then I was under the impression we could spend 2-5mill on one player, and any other big signings would be financed by the departure of one of our big players.

    People seem to be forgetting we still need to get Forster in for 2mill, so his fee deducts from whatever our transfer budget is.
