Wowwwww, I can see shiny shamrockssss.....I feel, different....ehem.

Airdrie Onion has arrived. RIP NetProphet. And this is my first thread as the reeeeaaall me. The Onion is out the closet. Well ....the pantry at least.

Anyway, with all the unKarmic tension flying about and the Borg last night I thought it might help to all chillllll ouuuutttt a wee bit. This is for anyone to post advice on chilling out. Remember there's different horses for different showjumping events as the old Chines proverb goes, so fire away. You may include the drug of your choice, be it alcohol, aspirin or chocolate, but the CHILL OUT WARP FACTOR is the focus.

    What works for you?
Or what do you think what might work?

Me? Tried an tested. (my wife says being married to me is like that...)

Projector for the pc, music, project Google Earth onto a blank wall, and make the cursor slowly drift acorss the world at a height of about 4,000m or less. Remember slowly, crosiing continents, mountain ranges and cities. Even Wishaw looks peaceful and pretty from the air.

Other additions are optional such as company ot none. But believe the Onion: it works.

Or either 2 bottles of Glengoyne. That works too.

Good night, and remember this is a charity thread for all to add to or borrow from. It's the TC Chll out Library. Good night!:50::bbpd:

A wee walk in the country never fail to chill me out.

Also a cup of cammomile tea is good just before bed time

Oh! I meditate, I'm a Shoden of Reiki. But nevermind all that, karmic peace and serenity come swiftly on the heels of practicing honesty and spiritual principles in all of your affairs.

A Slayer album and punching the * out of your bed also relieves stress, suprisingly.

Just sit in a darken room with your favourite malt to hand, put on the Stones, smoke a cigar and kick back.

    Works every time.
