You could maybe include Muscat as well, but the Chinese league ends on the 22nd, so we presumably wouldn’t need to wait another week-and-a-bit in his case.

I thought Bellamy had more or less ruled himself out and was sticking with Wales through qualifying.

I dont really care if Muscat played for the huns, in the long run he turned them down, and im happy he did, i think he'd have improved them.

Nancy isnt really problematic, hes a young coach who's done well in the MLS.

Knutsen is everyone's choice but id be wary of him outside that very specific system bodo has.

Anyone wanting Steve Clarke need their heads felt. He moaned about the abuse he got off the Huns when he was at Killie. It would be 100 times worse at Celtic.

Just looking at Wales fixtures. They're righ in the mix for qualification and at worst, a play off place. Belgium on 14pts, North Macedonia on 13 and Wales on 10 albeit having played 1 game less than the North Macedonia.

Wales last games are Liechtenstein and North Macedonia, which will confirm a play off place. That takes place in March.

I think we can rule Bellamy out. Wrong time for him and us. We need some committed and ready to go.

December.... Knutsen and Nancy from that list then. But that's on 3rd hand gossip.
