Barrowfield redevelopment now complete

Case in point city have a whole complex Man Utd have more than one facilities so far ra modernisation in that respect we reallly need to do something about the stadium though

Yeah its not ideal but its not anything new. Over the years the team have actually trained on the pitch at Celtic Park when the weather has been too severe up at lennoxtown. So this will be a better solution

 

I would imagine the full size indoor pitch will get a lot of use from everyone including the first team when the weather is bad.

 

For sure IMHO the stadium is very much part of the mismanagement of the club by Desmond and his board cronies. We need a significant stadium upgrade but there are clearly zero plans for that currently. Just another reason why Desmond and his board cronies have to go.

 

I'm pretty sure it's for both. The main training will be at Lennoxtown but men will use the indoor facilities for as and when required.

 

Really enjoyed watching that…. For once in a long time it looks like we are actually world class in something!

Brilliant to hear about the well rounded wellbeing work being done at Barrowfield including anti racism, anti bigotry and anti bullying work.

let’s hope it helps produce a few more players in years to come- the facilities and model is there now to support that for the young people so let’s see what happens in next few years.
