What a * amateurish club we are. Scandalous we're in this position, with the easiest qualifying route we could get. Selling folk and not even trying to replace them. I'm not counting offering £1.6m from Breum, as that's embarrassing knowing they told us it was £6m.

And next season will be worse. Think we have at least 2 qualifying rounds for CL. So we the biggest gimme we could in Europe, we're resting on our laurels...the investment will be less the following season.

The board are proud of the money hoarded at AGMs, but wear it like a thorn of nails during transfer windows. Like its a cross to bear. Absolute *. Entitled, elitist *.

To any journo lurking on here. Ask BR at tomorrow's PC if the board are actively trying to sign players at this moment in time. Not monitoring or preparing a bid, actually negotiating to bring people in ASAP.

Its shaping up for a repeat of last yeah where they will get all the business done very late in the window. Why are they doing this? I can only guess that there has been major differences over targets between Rodgers and the club and its put us in a state of paralysis. Potentially the bigger spend will only get approval if they can bank on the CL money.

They may even wind up spending a decent chunk when its all said and done but questions need to be asked how we find ourselves in this position with the reserves we have already in the bank and leaving ourselves short for some big fixtures.

Have we had to pay out more in compensation to the CSA victims and not disclosed it. Maybe the bank doesn't have anything in it and empty?

Another day, not a single sniff of a winger.

They’re at the noise up at this point.

Livingston at home could be the time to let them know how we're feeling..

There is no chance this is the case. It was talked about as a 7 figure sum and it was covered by corporate liability insurance hence how the process went.

There is plenty of money left but it seems those in senior positions link things that are correlated and believe them to have elements of causation when it is not always the case. Hence back to cheap punts.

The most frustrating bit is we're so close to being a great Celtic side.

The board could have pulled out 2 class signings and a couple of squad players and they'd rightly be getting praised.

We've got the money we've got the manager, we're an attractive proposition

    We've done this to ourselves

This and then they know the fans are angry now, but they're banking on making it through the UCL anyway, even if not, they'll know give it a couple months and the league should sort itself out, they'll buy their time and come May (if) we lift the league, the bulk of fans will be easing off and parting with their cash again

Rinse and repeat for next summer.

3 weeks of the window left, season already started and CL game on the horizon, and still we canny get anything done to improve the team, will be very interesting to hear Rodgers next presser.

This is very true. I think the standard of other teams has improved and games, such this weekends at Pittodrie are gonna be more difficult.

It doesn't help when you blast bother feet wi a sawn off shotgun either.

The club has wasted 2 months of this window to make us weaker and richer. It just doesn't make any sense. Lawwell Jnr and Dudgeon were sacked for a poor winter 24. This has been far worse.

3 weeks left and wirh how slow and * we are at deals, its putting our European and title aspirations in difficulty. So much so, I don't think there's enough quality in the final third, to get us through tougher games to win us the league.

Its serious alright. And its all at the hands of our custodians.

When we do actually do something it's gonna be more poor business most likely players offered to the club by prem/ championship clubs or agents. Absolutely zero innovation here.

So at best any new signing will have at best one game before the first qualifier. How the * can that be a sensible thing? So it’s edging closer to Yang and Idah?

Im hoping the fact we havent brought anyone in yet is because they are waiting on the CL money confirmation and then will reward Rodgers with a bigger pot of funds to utilise.

I think if the board had made their mind up on what we were going to spend then we would have brought in the cheaper alternatives by now.

Rodgers saying post St Mirren that there was still plenty of time in the window hopefully reads as they are planning to make some bigger moves.

It shouldnt be this way but it its a choice between getting better players later or worse ones now then I guess we wait.

Normally I'd still be keeping calm and putting faith in the club getting business done albeit later on that I'd hoped, but even I'm worried about what's happening.

It's blatantly obvious to me that there's a massive issue within the club that feels like looming disaster. * me off when folk prattle on about it constantly, predicting collapse every year, but I'd say this time it's actually a genuine position to take.

Whatever the issue is, it better get straightened out sharpish or things are gonna get extremely toxic. * ridiculous situation.

I still find it impossible to believe we wont bring in at least 1 winger and 1 striker but I've said that for weeks now
