Whether people like it or not, Oh very much looks a project player - 21, not really been prolific, apparently only recently started as a striker.

It would be one * of a roll of the dice relying on him upfront, if Kyogo was to get injured.

 

Maeda can step into that role if needed as well. Oh would be competing with Maeda for the spot if Kyogo is out. Ange will be keen to ‘blood’ Oh and get him ready for an impact next season.

 

I really like Maeda and stuck up for him during that tough spell he had pre-World Cup, but I think he struggles upfront domestically due to teams camping in the box.

 

You talk some amount of pish do you actually listen to yourself before you talk. Kyogo has been scoring goals all season. We have him more central and playing a slightly tweaked system.

he was only top scorer last season as Kyogo was injured Kyogo has more in January. he finished top scorer and was joint top scorer with some haddie from Ross County with like 13 or something.

There is no rift Ange will play Kyogo as he’s our number striker GG knew this when he came to Celtic. Your point is a load of * go back to KDS or something you’ll fit in with the other zoomers

 

I think he expected more minutes, and a chance to overtake Kyogo. He doesn't strike me as a guy willing to play second fiddle, not permanently.

 

There’s been plenty of games Kyogo has done * all in, then rattled in 2+ the next game or so.

I get he can’t be expected to score every game - not even Larsson did that - but we had Sutton and/or Hartson to step in, on the odd occassion

Have to say Kyogo you can't deny now, but there was a stage as already mentioned that he offered zilch but still seemed to get the nod which I think was stretched more than should have been allowed.

Ange is the manager he can do what he wants and play who he wants I’m sure he’s worried by some virgins opinion on here.

 

Kyogo starts over GG because his all round game and movement is more suited to the system Ange plays. Could he have got more minutes here and there? Probably, but don't see why anyone has the need to try to build some weird narrative about it, Kyogo is our 'plan A' striker and GG offered something different if it's not working, pretty straight forward.

 

Think he'd prefer the states.

 

These fees for him are truly pathetic, I know there isn’t much we can do if there isn’t much interest but he is worth significantly more than £3m to us.

Talk of up to £4.3m to are genuinely an insult but looks like this is the situation we have ended up in.

I just hope when the time comes that some of our younger first team players want off it doesn’t end up in sorry low fees for them.
