The original Skye terrier Greyfriars Bobby is in Greyfriars Kirkyard, Edinburgh..
The gravesite of the Bobby from the Greyfriars Bobby Disney film has been found and it has been asked if he could be interred beside the original.
    Should that be allowed

Naw ! the wee mutt has been buried for years, so you'd need to dig the wee * up and bury him up in Edinburgh. and the problem is.... 2 words.... Pet Cemetery. :rip_1:
if Hollywood has taught us anything you never dig up bodies cos you risk the chances of either Zombies, Vampires, Mummys and every other horror that messing with the dead brings....
saying that, it would mean the Zombie plague would centre around Edinburgh.
so if we could confine the impending horror to the capital, well then why not.

    No way!

That's like saying Will Smith should be buried with Muhammad Ali because he played him in a film.

It’s already being dug up. It was found, by a developer, on land that used to be owned by the dog owner who had buried the dog there.

    Naw.

Also I'm pretty sure the story is a load of Disney pish anyway. There was actually multiple versions of "Bobby" cutting about.

I did one of the Edinburgh ghost tours recently and it goes into greyfriars and they said there's not a dog in there. Back then and even now by some, it was considered bad luck to bury an animal amongst humans and a sign of the devil being present. Apparently.

    So, aye, naw for me:giggle1:
