    Through from a group which had defending WC holders and Euro Championships Semi-Finalists, don't think many going into the WC the Aussies much of a chance, but they've done it on the back of conseutive clean sheets and a couple of quality goals in the last couple of games. Harry Souttar has been immense! Mooy played a big part of the last game and this one kept Eriksen in his pocket for pretty much this one and putting it in through those last few min.

    Half of the team is SPFL also.

    Denmark really, really needed someone like O'Riley.

    Christ thank * it wasn’t a draw with Denmark, then Australia hear France have equalised and think they are through then VAR says no goal

    They rested their whole first team mate, so I’m sure they won’t play like that

    As things stand Poland in the last 16 as well, not impossible.

    I know this delays players coming back, but I'm always really happy for our players to do well at the world Cup. That's 2 players through, with JJ as good as.

    * I'm pumped

    And group C might even see the Saudis top it, if Pol and Arg get a draw. That'd be an odd/ideal next game, Aus vs SA.

    Thought the defender had nothing to do with Grie
    Think the amount of changes they made kinda skewed the performance.

    Only Messi in that team is creative, but the Polish back line is kind of old, agreed on that. Szczesny might spoil Argentina's plans if he does what Polish keepers do best: seal the goal shut.
