Jura will be gone in January I reckon. O'Riley definitely could be too but I think it'll be the summer he leaves

 

I’m not against this, but is there potentially an issue where people will buy season tickets to get UCL/Hun games etc. and then punt their ticket for every other game?

I think that’s already a bit of a problem so maybe it would mean more people who genuinely want to go to every game will be left buying second hand tickets for the shittier games?

Reckon we maybe had that agreed in the summer when he was linked with big moves..

We'll be hoping he has a stormer of a world cup to maximise his value straight off the back of it..

 

I would have no problem selling Jura and O'Riley in all honesty.

 

I think two from the starting 11 mid season and a short window is too risky. We want to be strengthing other areas aswell not using chunks of the budget to replace what we had. One to go in January one in the summer would be my guess.

You'd like to think we'd have something in place like attending a certain amount of games..

A lot of clubs with such schemes in place dish out fines or confiscate the season ticket if the holder repeatedly misses games.

 

A FURIOUS Celtic supporter took their strong stance on 'IRA chanting and stupid drums' to the club board at today's AGM.

The event has been ongoing at Celtic Park since 11:30 this morning and has now reached the section where members of the audience can ask their questions.




The likes of Ange Postecoglou, Ian Bankier and Michael Nicholson all took queries on a variety of subjects as shareholders and fans looked to have their issues answered to.

One fan took particular issue to the group 'The Bhoys' - who have recently been moved from the upper tier of the north west corner to a section in the south west.

The supporter holds a season ticket in the south of the main stand at Parkhead and has been left furious with the location change.

They say 'loud drumming, IRA chanting and antisocial behaviour' in the area detract form their matchday experience.




They then questioned why the group were moved to the new area - asking to Nicholson: "When will you take action to their selfishness and * awful drum?'

Nicholson responded: "Sorry your experience has been affected.

"In the context it's not unique to Celtic - these are societal issues for clubs around the world.

"We're a club open to all and that's why the long standing position is politics and offensive chants and gestures should be left outside Celtic Park.




For the supporters who were moved - it was due to a safety issue and we felt they should be moved to be housed more safely.




It's not easy, we consulted widely in that area and continue to work with those in that group, we will work with all supporters."

The audience member then responded: "I want to come and support Celtic.

"The football is brilliant - it's the best in decades - and it's one thing with their selfishness and stupid drums."

Nicholson then claimed this would be a topic discussed on the fans forum and told the supporter they were welcome to come along.

I think it’s mental that we are talking about Oriley moving on for me the scouts must be blind I am in no way saying he’s * because he’s not he had a terrific first six months but he doesn’t set the Heather alight for me this season has been decent but not amazing to suggest a major move is imminent not done enough at the club for me
