He’s spent the most amount of money of any Celtic Manager in 4 windows. He’s been given a massive backing when it comes to financial outlay.

I would certainly like to see him given the majority of player profits though. Instead of buying players for £1.5m and selling them for £15m, then giving a manager £2m or £3m o replace them, give him half of it. That is how we will progress.

We think of managers as being primarily in charge of tactical matters, but Ange's got a squad that struggles to perform in Europe, whether due to mental reasons, or just deficient ability. Kyogo's fine in the league, but in Europe, he and many others can't impact games as much as we'd like them to do. Not sure how much of a psychologist he is.
Today's win is against a team that always gave us grief, before Ange, so, he clearly got some things right.

Yes, we have made upwards of £50m in sales over the last 2 years. We sold Eddy, Ajer and Christie for £30m(without add ons) and also Klimala, Hendry and Frimpong the year before for £17m. Made a fair whack of cash that Ange has most definitely benefitted from.

You also look at the squad now. We must have at least 5 or 6 players who could go for £15m plus right now. CCV, JJ, O’Riley, Jota, Abada and probably Hatate. Jota, Abada and CCV you’re definitely looking at late teens early 20s at least.

Not even including guys like GG, Kyogo, Hacksa would could net us £10m. He’s spent a lot of money but he’s used it incredibly well. The sales we could make is frightening. £100m worth of sales no problem.

 

And give the man an extended contract.

Your correct. Even looking at stats we are near identical in every stat to psg who top there group. We've had as many chances to score yet not scored and have same chances conceded than psg yet more goals scored against us. I personally think we will do Madrid. There an older team now. Past it imo. They'll need a huge rebuild soon. Actually it's a really important game for belief for next years campaign.
