On FF they genuinely believe that var was correct in all decisions yesterday.

For me, that says it all.

I thought var reviewed all “major” decisions automatically?

Ralstons chalked off goal was for offside, not an infringement, which is even more bizzare as maeda was offside but played no part in the goal, therefore another wrong decision from both the officials and the VAR team.

Yesterday's game had a weird feeling about it, usually there's an edge/hatred with the diet fans but I feel the microscope was firmly on both sets of officials and they failed spectacular.

IMO Scotland doesn't have a good enough standard of referees never mind referees now sitting in a VAR office looking for reasons to give decisions, why do the VAR team need to be in Scotland? Surely this can be done from anywhere? Why not hire FULL TIME PROFESSIONAL English refs that are used to VAR to do the games? Instead of these part timers thinking they can be adept at doing 3 jobs now.

Yep. If it was for him blowing for a foul before the goal went in then he wouldn't have been waiting to see what VAR said about it....play would've just resumed as it was taken out of VAR's hands..

It wasn't a foul or offside. Bizzare yet again..

It all depends on what the referees actions are. If he blows early VAR can't be brought into play.

They could just hire me. I could geniunly get 10/10 decisions perfect. I don't see how it's hard. Plus it'd save me £60 a year for my iptv :fear:

They will go with the line that maeda is interfering with play during his offside position it’s all up for interpretation with these *

I think this is the reason VAR will benefit us eventually. After yesterday there will be heavy scrutiny on our next game and I'm sure whoevers looking at var will be well aware and (hopefully) will get things right.

Without VAR yesterday that penalty decision would have been written off as the usual 'ref didn't have a good angle' pish.

Someone says that the dialogue between the officials are available to the club's after a game is over if that's the case I would like to hear what was said between Walsh and McLean on our penalty incident.

Robbie Neilson for some reason complaining about the VAR yesterday. Now to hear Neilson complaining about the officials after a defeat to Celtic is pretty much the norm but for him to complain when literally every VAR decision went in his side's favour is bizarre.

"They Fenians are getting f**k all Walshy". Maybe not word for word but that would be the gist.

Even he knows vars pish and ruins the flow of a game. Personally if VAR must stop the game to make a decision then the clock needs paused. Otherwise I can see many teams using VAR as a way to waste more time.

Wonder how many cards will be changed from yellow to red in our favour between now and the end of the season .....

Surprised nobody has mentioned that wee Devlin snapping Jenz(?) at the edge of our box, which was as blatant a yellow as you'll see. Wee * gets away with that against us every game but gets sent off against the huns. Which was a sending off, not debating that.

They will probably discuss what to do before the game and recordings begin if that’s the case

He blew early for Ralstons goal yesterday and the Hun VAR ‘checked it’.

He literally gets nothing as it is but what a joke they are..

The excuse was we didn't have VAR so they couldn't allow the game to go (how many clear onside calls have gone against us this season alone) and check after if it was off or no....so why are they blowing early for offsides now when it's tight it's supposed to be played out?

It's just plain cheating. There was so many yesterday it defied to belief..
