Not really Celtic chat so I’ll put it in here.

Wonder what it’s about ? Never seen him do an interview without a wee cough. Now I do wonder is it a twitch in reaction to buying some time to formulate a response to certain questions, maybe it’s just habit? Perhaps he’s a fan of the devils lettuce and needs to put the bong down for a few days ?

    anyone noticed ?

He only does it in press conferences or post match interviews, like in an official capacity.

Probably a habit or like you say, gives him a minute in his head to formulate an answer.

If you watch his recent sit down interviews with Chris Sutton or Darryl Currie. Or his ones with Si Ferry and Paul Slane, or even the Mark Schwarzer one, he doesn’t do it.

Thought it was maybe from shouting on the touchline as I’ve only really noticed after games.

Wouldn't have a clue sorry. I did wonder whether he was a smoker but as @FrankMcCallum suggests, it only seems to happen post-match. Certainly didn't happen in the Chris Sutton interview which went on for a while.

Something I mentioned when he first arrived. It could be acid reflux. I have it and it's a bastarding thing to have. He could have a hatias hernia where the acid comes back up his esophagus and is burning his throat. When I get it bad I have to cough when trying to talk. Even when I'm talking to people sometimes my eyes water like I'm about to cry and throat closes in. He could have similar. It's very common

Seemed to be pretty frequent when he first arrived and a lot more rare now

On a serious note I think he just has a gruff voice, and has to clear it with a cough every now and then

There’s been a full discussion about it on here already, it’s an habitual thing.

    Both probably.

As someone with Sarcoidosis I noticed Ange cough straight away as that's how it started, he's has doctors at the club who would have noticed, so probably nothing to worry about
