A draw away, dominated a team that destroyed Leipzig. If we can do Leipzig we will reach the knockout stage. Would still be happy with a run in the europa league.

In a game we dominated taking only one point is a * result.

 

On balance of play its not a good result.

 

If we beat them at home and get 3 points from Leipzig then it could be enough.

As long as Madrid win all their games and Leipzig takes points off Shakhtar next game.

Really don’t think it was. Mudryk aside they’re a limited (if well organised) team. It’s a good result if you think of Shakhtar as being the same team as it was pre-war, but they’re not.

 

Not sure what to make of it tbh. Should have won but could have been worse.

Double header with Leipzig becomes massive, if we take 4 points from that and beat Shakhtar at home then we’re through. Beat Shakhtar at home and then at worst we’ll likely finish 3rd.

 

Would have taken it before the game but certainly not after it.

It's a poor result on balance of play and leaves us 3 points behind shaktar

 

It's not though if you actually seen the game. The amount of good chances we missed is frightening

Also, not having Shakhtar favourites for third. Obviously in a good place with the two results but you say yourself last week was a freak result. They won’t get anything from Madrid. If we beat them and both lose every game then we’ll finish third on head to head.

It’s two points dropped absolutely but we will have European football after Christmas.
