Performance wise, absolutely fantastic. Got lucky with their offside goal as it looked like we'd repeated last week's quick collapse. Out with that though we created so many chances and really should've won the game second half.

Can't keep missing chances like that but if we keep playing like that we are on to a winner this season, levels above what we've seen in previous seasons where we would've been playing within ourselves and timid, but we've taken the game to two good teams and are unlucky to get just 1 point so far.

Fancy us to gub that lot at parkhead.

It’s 4am and I’m in Korea so I’m jet lagged and more pessimistic than usual, and that’s saying something :giggle1:

I’ll have changed my tune by tomorrow probably

    They beat RB 4-1.

4 * 1 and we went and shouldve won. I'm proud and confident we will get the last 16.

Beat them as much as they’ve beat us- first time we’ve took anything from them away

Leipzig with the new manager could be an issue, they have some really good players. They just had a * manager

A win would've been a game-changer, but that was hugely promising once again when you take the entire 90 into account. During the first half I thought we had to take advantage of our 1-0 lead because it's been like us in Europe to get worse as the game goes on.

    That didn't happen tonight.

We absolutely bossed this mob in the second half and only through profligate finishing are we not waltzing out of Warsaw with a victory. If we had gotten out of there with a 4-1 win, nobody could've complained.

There is, however, the big question mark now hovering over this team when it comes to getting the job done in Europe, or at least it will be if we're talking about the performance instead of the result against Leipzig once again.

If we can get at least a draw in Germany, we have 2 big home games in which 2 home wins look likely to put us through.

Was really hoping we would get the win tonight, but a point away to Shakhtar Donetsk? It's a start.

We were very wasteful but at the same time very lucky to go in half time level. All in all we should have won though. Positives were that Taylor was MOTM for me- brilliant defensively and used the ball really well, Hart didn't have much to do, Hatate was superb as was CCV, so assured in everything he did. There weren't really negatives maybe could do better instead. Juranovic, McGregor and Jota can do more and play better. Kyogo not as explosive as he can be. I am pleased with a point though and it will look better if Real beat Leipzig. That sets up a huge game then in a few weeks.

One positive is, its not the tactics that are killing us, which was a lot of people's fear

    Ah. Cool.

Yeah. No urgency. No one moving and looking for thr ball.
We did not play our game.

Mad to think that playing in Europe for celtic to come away and be disappointed with a draw is mental

Dissapointing, but I think we have proved we deserve to be playing at this level.
Again I think the fact that it was CL got to the players a bit.
A little more belief especially in front of goal and we'd have won.

    That belief will come

Some of wee jota mazy runs were excellent, end product unfortunately was Kent esque, frustrating the fact we know how well he can finish

It does aye. There's few positives to draw from it but at least we know where we stand now. Need to make a statement against Leipzig. It's a team designed to pump in goals, let's see us actually do it.
