I suspect you know the answer is no.

Generally most folk who seek the approval of folk to "kill" themselves, isn't ready to do it, but nothing wrong with a cry for help fella.

First thing you need to do, as in RIGHT NOW! is contact your GP. There's a chance you're getting side effects from your prescription, or that your doseage needs looked at but apart from that get in touch with them right now.

IS there anyone like a family member or friend you can contact, let them know how you're feeling?

Do as Paddy says above and NO you should not off yourself. Speak to someone friend, family member doctor today and you will feel slightly better once you have shared your thoughts and together you will be able to work a way forward that works for you.

Many years ago I read this and it has often been something I remember back on when things are tough -

    “Don’t Quit”

When things go wrong, as they sometimes will,

When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,

When the funds are low but the debts are high,

And you want to smile but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit,

Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is strange with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns,

    And many failures turn about

When we might have won had we stuck it out.

Don’t give up though the pace seems slow –

You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out –

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt,

You can never tell how close you are,

    It may be near when it seems so far;

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit –

It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Honest answer to that, is I don't have an answer.

Not a clinician nor a mental health professional, but do have some experience in the field.

As I said, it's not a place for me to answer, but I'm sure, despite your clear issues and ailments, there'll be folk out there who'll be able to give you some sort of support man.

Don't be shy and feel free to send us or anyone on here a private message if you wanna keep talking, but ffs away and phone your GP or that Samaritans number I posted there, topping yourself isnae the answer, despite you thinking that it's the most obvious choice.

    * them then, go straight to the source if you're genuinely in a bad way mate.

    116 123 - Samaritans
    111 - NHS 24
999 - Emergency, call for an ambulance

    * get on the blower to one of those numbers, pronto.

Don't top yourself mate, as hard as it seems life is. Don't give in buddy, think of the people around you that care about you,all you'd be doing is passing your pain onto them. Reach out to the people that love you and I sure help will be willingly given. As Mr. Slippy has said already, call one of those numbers and keep calling til some one listens and acts.

Are you still taking * ? The fact you're trying to get help means you know you want to get better and want to improve your life. Nothing any of us can say to help that but there are plenty of people on here with plenty of life experience that will at least lend an ear if you need it. Keep your head up, don't do anything daft and things will get better.

Follow the advice above and get yourself in an ambulance mate, or get in touch with someone who can do it for you.

    Trust me mate, you will.

Stop for a second and take a step back. Think about your family and friends and those who care about you.

But most of all, think about yourself. Set yourself a small goal; nothing drastic just something that you can achieve in a week. Then in a week’s time, set yourself a new goal and smash it again. Break up the bigger issue into smaller challenges and it will feel far less daunting.

Illnesses suck, but you’ll beat it and you’ll be on top of the world when you do. Chin up and don’t stop fighting.

Support groups and networks are a great thing.
I'm sure we've all had the feeling of staring down a blac hole. I know i sure as * have...Still do. But keeping at working on things and seeking the help needed can make days a little bit more manageable.
Nothing happens over night and every day is about learning to cope and through the right approach and networks it can get a little easier.
