It's a tough one. Jenz has done really well and has scored two poacher's goals in two games. He looks very composed and confident.

But CCV and Starfelt have a fantastic partnership and understanding together, so I would be reluctant to break it up. And Starfelt has started scoring too.

Probably Starfelt, but I wouldn't mind seeing Jenz in the next few games at least to get a better idea of what we've got there.

Jenz for me as he has done nothing wrong.

I'm not one for dropping a player if he's playing well. Let's see what he's made of this weekend against better opposition.

Jenz scored on first game but did make some errors (understandable for first game with little preseason).
2nd game he wasn't really tested defensively we has like 80% of the ball.
Feels too early to tell who should be main starter, we don't even know how quickly starfelt will return to his best. Its nice to know we have 3 good options there adding some competition.

Has to be Starfelt. Okay he hasn't been fit til now and Jenz has looked a good signing, but Starfelt is our player long term and established that position. Jenz isn't doing anything to convince us he is miles better than Starfelt, but he very well could in time keep him out.

But all fit for the next game, Starfelt starts.

I like Starfelt, I hope he continues to develop......but Stats are both brilliant and deceiving - my myopic qualitative review of Starfelt is that he is not "that" comfortable on the ball....I believe that many of his passes will have went directly to his team mate, however he will also have (on too many occasions) put them into trouble, he has been guilty of one or two "hospital passes"

    He isn’t at all.

Jenz looks the most comfortable of the three, but to suggest Welsh is way better on the ball than Starfelt is nonsense. I know you like Welsh but come on.

Neither of them are anything special. But for me, Welsh slows the play down too often on the ball.

Jenz for the moment as he’s earned the shirt. If not, then Starfelt.

Think Welsh is definitely the weakest of the three and will find it very tough to get game time.

Jenz has the height and composure on the ball. Starfelt is quick, dogged defensively and secure on the ball.

To suggest Starfelt is, despite you liking him, is nonsense to me as well mate. It’s a major blind spot of his game. Which is why I like him playing it safe and give it between the options pf McGregor, Taylor and CCV around him.

I just said neither are anything special on the ball. Because they aren’t.

Yet to see anything to suggest Welsh is miles better on the ball.

Comparing Jenz’s start to Celtic to Starfelt’s is night and day. Starfelt looks quite intimidated playing for Celtic sometimes

Problem with our league being so * is you don’t get to see a players true colours until we’re in Europe

Jenz is in a settled squad where as starfelt came in during a rebuild after the biggest shitshow iv seen. That makes a difference too.

Jenz for me, looks to have a good bond with CCV.Thought that they both handled big Lafferty well.
Delighted Starfelt is back and that he scored, but imo he still looks panicky when coming out with the ball.

Starfelt came into a pressure cooker with Tynecastle and AZ, with a squad full of new players. We absolutely cannot compare their starts without contextualising.

As a proponent of rotation, I want this to be the case. Also, Ralston and Juranović should rotate at RB, Kyogo and GG at striker.
