    Malia, Greece. Absolute shitehole.

In the UK, worked in Bolton and Barking in London. Both dumps.

l'm sure you'll be ok mate, we were on a cruise and they seemed to dock in some shiteholes which was ok if you bought their all day tours off them that took you to the touristy bits. Thinking about it Costa Rica made Panama look like Thorntonhall

Really enjoyed Tenerife both times I've been.

I've no idea why anyone would want to go to Dubai etc, talk about soulless artificial.

I don't like Amsterdam, every time I've been just found the locals to be really rude & aint exactly cheap, had much better craic in Rotterdam & Eindhoven.

2019 I did a trip to Athens, Belgrade, Kotor, Dubrovnik, Split & Zadar

Now I'd no idea that Ultra festival was on in Split, hated it when I was there, place was in bits with the bins overflowing, bottles in the sea and all, I want to give it another chance when none of that * is on though.

I recently visited the Hollywood walk of fame and it wasn’t what I expected at all. Stank of * and they have a massive homeless issue. Also full of tacky souvenir shops. Made Sauchiehall Street these days, whatever has happened there, look respectable.

Haarlem is really cool as well.

Harlem in New York wasn't the greatest, think they assume you're there on some sort of poverty safari.

Glad a few folk have said Paris.

They show you the half a dozen few good bits in pictures, the reality is it’s a down trodden * hole of a place.

My mate went there once, and showed me a picture he took next to the Eiffel Tower with a multitude of rats scrapping over a spot in a bin bag on the side of the road.

Paris is a third world shithole. As is London but more expensive. Both of them full of absolute *.

    But Frankfurt tops the lot.

To quote Still Game “Junkies, whores, murderers, beggars”.

Thank you for beating the manky mob in the final, but I’d rather walk about the Democratic Republic of Congo in the scud with £500 wedged between my * cheeks than ever set foot in Frankfurt again.

New York for me. I had fun but it’s full of miserable and/or insane people.

Altinkum in Turkey was a bit rough, nice enough down by the beach on the main drag but the place we stayed in was basically a 5* apartment on a dirt road with flocks of sheep just wandering about :giggle1:
