And Mooy, well let's be honest the only thing he does is allow McGregor 30 minutes to play his pet position (which he never does anything in) and keep McCarthy off the pitch. Boy, Ange sure hates McCarthy.

Great display today. Have to admit I thought it be one of those tight nervy games but we totally bossed it from start to finish. Only complaint is that we are still a bit wasteful in front of goal as we could have had double figures today. Oh, and get it right up ye Boyd and Lafferty

5 goals and a clean sheet on their * dry plastic pitch against a bunch of cluggers, while not playing particularly well (probably due to the reasons just given) will do very nicely. Only negative really was the injury to Jenz, hopefully it was nothing serious.

 

Good result and performance on a bad pitch against a team of cloggers. Lafferty every bit as obnoxious as you'd expect. Walker as cowardly and weasle-like as ever. JJ, CCV, Jota all very good. Bet sevco thought they'd be top on goal difference today. Sorry William.

Thought the pitch stopped us playing our football and we took an unusual long and direct approach (Ange pragmatism?). On top of that, we were up against hammer throwers. The triple sub change also breathed new life into us.
