Grand old team to play for
    Hart
    Ralston - CCV - Welsh - Taylor
    CalMac
    O'Riley - Hatate
    Abada - GG - Jota
Assuming the knock Hatate picked up was only keeping him out for one game.

Think JJ's form hasn't been great lately so Ralston gets the nod.

Would normally pick Kyogo but his form hasn't been great, and Ralston's crossing works well for GG.

It's probably the toughest this has been in a little while because of what Ange has brought into the club and how it's gotten the best out of players like Ralston and Taylor.

Genuinely it feels like because of certain strength in depth in mostly forward areas...our best 11 can be dependent in who we are facing.

In games where we will get space behind defenders I can see Maeda being the more effective player domestically...for games where teams will sit back...I can see Abada being the better option.

But admittedly even though Maeda is probably my favourite guy it pains me to say his skills are likely only going be useful in a handful of games most in Europe or potentially at the bigot dome.

Best 11 for most domestic games.

    Hart
    Juranovic CCV Starfelt Taylor
    McGregor (I hope this changes)
    O'Riley Hatate
    Abada Kyogo Jota
Most physical with a few tweeks.

    Hart
    Ralston CCV Starfelt* Taylor
    Mooy**
    Turnbull McGregor
    Jota Giakoumakis Maeda
*depending on how Jenz develops maybe he takes over that spot as most physical.

**literally only based on a single incident in the game against the sheep where he had the ball deep in our half - got into a bit of tussel with a player but came out on top which I'm not sure someone like Ideguchi would do.

Then just for the fun of it because why not have the obligatory FIFA/FM Madness suggestions as well.

    Hart
    CCV Starfelt Jenz
    Juranovic McGregor Bernabei
    Jota
    Kyogo Giakoumakis Maeda

    What an interesting team.

Maybe Kyogo to the left and Abada in for Maeda?

I opt for Jenz as he is braver with his passing and seems to be able to step out of defence with more pace and control than Welsh. Albeit this is only based on one and a bit appearances. I don't really have Calmac on the left. It's just how I typed the three. For me anyway our midfield three are all fairly mobile and cover a lot of ground

Probably, but to be honest I wouldn't take that line up too seriously as the midfield is practically no existence with McGregor literally being the only true recognised CM in that mental line up.

Honestly, if everyone is at the top of their games, either of those two sides wins the SPFL no issues.

Absolutely great depth if everyone is fit and fighting to go.

Add to them, Kenny, Tobi, Vata, Shaw, Johnston, Welsh, plus the fact we still seem to be interested in more signings such as Collado - then I think we are in one of the healthiest positions we have been in a long time for players.

Just need to see the back of guys like Bain, Ajeti, McCarthy, Barkas

Hard choice between Jenz and Welsh at the moment but got a feeling Jenz will be a big player for us. The rest of the team picks itself really.

    Abada GG Jota
Only tough calls were RB LCB and striker. Ralston shades it for rb as i think JJ has had a slow start. Jenz has done enough in the last game to convince me he is ahead of Welsh who has performed better than CCV in preseason bit as soon as the season started i think CCV is back to his best. GG is more involved in games than Kyogo and deserves the start

I would be looking to change our formation to accommodate our best players
and strengthen the midfield at the same time.

    Hart
    CCV Starfelt Jenz
    Ralston McGregor Taylor
    O'Riley
    Jota Giakoumakis Kyogo

The beauty of our squad right now is that whoever we play we just have quality in all areas. I've not been as confident or happy with a celtic squad in a long long time. A really good RW in and we'll be in perfect shape. Maybe a backup 3rd striker on loan. Hart/Seigrist
    Juranovic/Ralston
    Jenz/Welsh
    CCV/Starfelt
    Taylor/Bernabei
    Calmac/Ideguchi/new DM?????
    O'Riley/Turnbull
    Hatate/Mooy
    Jota/Maeda
    Abada/new RW
    Kyogo/Gia/new 3rd ST

The question was 'RIGHT NOW' man! You have Welsh 4th CB, who are the 3 above him when Starfelts injured and Julien's not up to speed?
