League Cup League Cup draw

Is it the Huns after this on the Sunday ? Odd draw if that’s the case

 

That is a tricky draw no doubt about it.

 

Yeh we’re playing the Huns 3/4 days later, then probably a Champions League group game a few days after that.

Tough week.

 

It’s Ross County….

 

Just seen the League Cup final is in February this year due to the World Cup.

 

Outside of us, they were probably my favourite team to watch in the league last year. If they’ve adequately replaced the attacking players who left at the end of the season (which they might have, by the look of their group section), this could be tricky. We should manage it without much of a problem this early in the season though tbh.

 

Aaron actually had a brother by the name of Alex, who was also a talented football player. He committed suicide last year. Just FYI

 

* man, I seen it reported he had a brother that died didn’t know it was down to suicide though. That’s a way of losing somebody close to you that is much more psychologically devastating man.

 

Happened just over a year ago. Probably a big factor in his career choices at the time and since then.

I actually had a couple of conversations with Alex when he was running around for NPL clubs like Blacktown. He worked hard.

 

I thought because his Mrs is from here that’s why he’d ended up here mostly, and trained himself in parks here before signing, for her to be round the family. Might just want his family to be around family. Speculation that majorly but it makes sense to me
