    Had a packet of supermarket chicken and mushroom filled tortellini and made a sauce out of a bottle of tomato passata and threw in a pinch off chilli flakes.
    Turned out it was not bad

    Made some salt and pepper chicken and had it with fried rice and curry sauce.

    First time doing the S&P Chicken but it was nice.

    The lad a couple of doors down came round with a huge big * off haunch of venison, never actually had it before.....it was delicious!

    Feeling a bit creative tonight, mixed together a shortbread biscuit and some biscoff spread to sprinkle on top of my ice cream.

    Just call me Keano Di’Campo from now on.

    I boil the rice, then fry it in the wok with some oil, soy sauce and salt, then just crack an egg in there and mix it all in.

    Only done it a couple of times now so not really the expert but turned out good.

    Like a roti type wrap. Love those one's and the big Turkish thick wraps over those pishy pitta's..

    Just had some seasoned chicken thighs cut up with honey and mustard dressing and salad on flat breads..

    Thai stuffed mushrooms and also Thai stuffed Crab Claws, and a Singapore special mixed curry with pork, chicken, beef and pork in it and hunners of prawn crackers. Was expensive but worth it
