Depp Vs Heard.

Vindictive wee boot. Hope Depp wins his case and that wee cow gets ridiculed for the rest of her days.

 

Yeah this is what we’re talking about. He’s not admitting he hit her and he certainly hasn’t done it in court.

IIRC he’s saying he was defending himself and their heads have clashed together. It’s been a recurring theme and the bathroom one is another example where she admits this is the case.

Regardless this isn’t him admitting to hitting her, and I could be wrong but I don’t think Heard’s defence has even argued that he’s admitted it.

I suppose we’ll see what happens with his career but the vibe I get is he’s come off well in this.

 

He hasn't done a big movie in a few years, he didn't get brought back for a sequel (magical beasts I think) so I don't think he has much, if anything, to lose. She was part of Justice League and Aquaman and she won't be brought back, could possibly be edited out of the forthcoming Aquaman film. I actually think he has a big enough following to come back, she doesn't.

 

Like I said I don’t think even Heard’s defence claimed this was an admission.

While Heard asserts Depp hit her often I’m fairly sure the consensus was Depp hasn’t admitted to hitting her at any time, whether in recordings like this or on the witness stand.

Certainly the analysts I was watching this through didn’t think Depp at any time admitted to hitting. It was one of the key factors since Heard admitted hitting several times.

Also - speaking for myself - I always say headbutt when I bang heads with someone. My wean throws his head about wild and I always say we headbutt each other. He’s speaking casually, not giving testimony.

 

Speaking for the majority of women….Amber Heard is a * cow.

Honestly think everything around this with social media etc. Is going to be so damaging for future cases.

 

In an attempt to deflect and paint Depp as a monster Heard has come out with a horrible accusation of sexual assault.

That is serious business, that could larger reaching consequences that aren't confide to this case.

Yet here we are in a libel case not a criminal one...Depp could be marked for life for doing something without ever being convicted of an actual crime.

That is the one thing that doesn't sit right with me.

 

I seriously couldn't give a rat's about them, nor so many peoples' fascination with their antics.

As for the legal issues, I don't see how any precedent (if set) will translate to my jurisdiction, or yours.

 

As much as I hate it, large things in American culture has repercussions around the world.

How many more are like that but don't have the legal team Depp has, just because a woman claims x,y or z doesn't make it true, there are true pieces of * out there from both sexes but it's always the man who is the abuser, even if not true you wil still hear he probably did something, that's the power of the feminist movement
