Don’t know why people are talking about ‘gentleman’s agreement’ when it comes to an option to buy.

If we’ve agreed a contract with him then there’s literally nothing Spurs can do if we trigger the option.

If there’s any negotiation about changing structures about add on or sell ons then we’ve got as much say as Spurs have now. We’re in as strong a position as them, if we have agreed a contract.

 

He won't own a house up here for being on loan for a year, he'd have got either a rental property that Celtic paid for, or put up in one of the houses that Celtic own.

Now, IF the tiles genuinely are for Mr. Carter-Vickers, it'll either be because he's coming back up the road on a permanent or he's smashed * oot the tiles in a property that isn't his and is replacing them before he goes back to London.

In any case, these claims come at a time when its been widely reported that the deal is imminent, and none of the claims have been, or can be verified.

Theres been no specialist information to suggest he knows any information that a person in a position of privilege might.

It just looks to me as if someone is trying to latch on and embellish to a story to give the impression they are in the know.

 

While my original post about tilers and barbers was in jest, he could have a property portfolio and has bought a place up here he is now looking to sell on or rent out, which he is now fixing up before doing either. Or he is leaving and the landlord is renovating the place but CCV's name is still on the lease and the door, so that's the one used for delivery.

For the record I hope it is none of these and he is staying, I'm just not reading anything into some tiles either way.
