What you’ve just posted there is exactly that - nonsense. There are countless examples where clubs have been given permission to speak to a player about personal terms in advance of the exact details of a transfer fee being agreed.

As I said, I fully expect the deal to be completed. It’s about ironing out minor details like structure of bonuses.

Theres multiple sources for what im saying, its been reported since he signed the deal. Once a contract has been signed, its legally bound.

Third paragraph simplified - if Levy retained any power over the deal he wouldnt accept as he would definitely get more from other clubs in a bidding war now than he would from Celtic.
