Frankfurt Sevilla and Lisbon would be lovely.

Frankfurt to pump them and embarrass the Huns more.
Sevilla to revisit the city(albeit I prefer betis).
Lisbon, hoop bromance and revisit that city

Good beer in all cities and great times to be had.

I think 3rd will be the most realistic target. Could change my mind when I see who we draw though and of course we could finish anywhere, it’s football anything can happen.

If we do drop in EL then we need to win a knockout tie.

Aye, there's no mugs in any of the pots it's the top level competition in Europe, but we've got to play someone from that pot and that would be my choice if I got to chose

If we draw Frankfurt I am personally starting the Gofundme for a gigantic pro-German tifo in our home game against them

That's got to be the minimum goal. While getting to a European final is rare, and therefore not the measuring stick for Scottish clubs, the huns have shown in recent seasons that regularly winning 2/3 Europa ties is very doable. And who knows, with the right recruitment and Ange at the helm, we could do better than that.

If we eventually do get some big strong athletic type players in then we will cope better both in Europe and in Scotland. I still we are rebuilding and getting a top two spot will be really tough and I would be happy with getting third and doing well in the Europa. Who knows, even winning it

Rangers have shown this season that if you are organised in your defense and take your chances you are in with a chance against most sides. We are almost certainly gonna ship goals depending on who we get but we have been really really good at generating chances this season, at home and in Europe. It's all about improving the rate of conversion of those chances into goals. Kyogo gets boatloads of chances. Imagine he was as clinical as Scott McDonald

Celtic now know 23 of the 31 other teams that will be joining them in the Champions League group stage after last night’s Europa League final.

Eintracht Frankfurt’s superb trophy win over Rangers means that, like Celtic, they are guaranteed a place in next season’s competition.

Not only that, they’ll take a spot in Pot 1, avoiding seven of the most dangerous teams in the tournament. As you may know by now, Celtic will be in Pot 4.

What’s the current state of play with regards to the pot seedings and potential opponents? Here’s a breakdown, as it stands…

    Pot 1
    Eintracht Frankfurt
    Real Madrid
    Bayern Munich
    Paris Saint-Germain
    Porto

    Pot 2
    Chelsea
    Barcelona
    Juventus
    Atletico Madrid
    Sevilla
    RB Leipzig

    Pot 3
    Borussia Dortmund
    RB Salzburg
    Shakhtar Donetsk
    Napoli
    Sporting CP
    Bayer Leverkusen

    Pots to be decided
    Liverpool
    Manchester City
    Ajax
    Inter Milan
    Milan
    Club Brugge

Alongside these teams, still to be added, are the fourth-placed English Premier League team, the Ligue 1 runners-up and the teams who make it through from qualifying.

The draw doesn’t take place until after qualifying on August 25th, so there is still a bit of wait to go until the Bhoys find out who is in the same group.

I'm living in dreamland and going with your first choice. It's a few months until I need to face the harsh reality of that second draw :56:

As always 3rd in the group would do. Would like to beat a big name at Celtic Park again though. Barca, Man Utd, Juventus, Milan were just amazing nights

Maybe I'm nostalgic because I would have been a young teen, but * do I wish we had the home form in Europe we had under MON.

Parkhead was a * fortress, the cauldron it would be, would be amazing to see with Ange

Mental when you think we didn’t get to the last 16 under MON but did under wee Strachan and Neil Lennon. Think if MON had a Boruc or a Forster we would have at least, but suppose if yer Aunty had baws and all that……
