    Yorkshire puddings.
    3 eggs
    300ml milk
    200gm plain flour
    salt and pepper,
    mix egg and flour then add milk, whisk it up to a batter.
    now the tips... leave mix in fridge for a hour,
    if using a Yorkshire pudding tin, put 1 tbl spoon of oil into each hole, put in oven at 220 for about 15mins until oil is sizzling then pour in mix until nearly level, back into oven with nothing else for 25mins, don't be tempted to open oven door for a peek.
    perfect.....
    you'll never buy pre made ones again
    remember you can freeze any extra yorkies,
    but don't try and half the ingredients for half the batter, it dosent work.
    remember, don't put anything else into the oven at the same time cos you end up just creating steam and your yorkies won't rise

    Although I do like hippos. Im not quite as fond of them as I am of hiphop. I actually genuinely have a problem with that. An addiction that Im not interested in addressing.
