Hes probably spoke to the manager. Oriley will become the main man. He's very young and looking just as good already. With another type of midfielder, game time will get limited. Plus he deserves a big pay day. He stuck around. Rewon us the title. Top guy and some player.

 

From a cynical POV this is the right time to sell him as his contract runs out next year.

He will be hard to replace though, the man is a genious with the ball at his feet. He can make things happen out of nothing. Good luck wherever you end up, Tam!

I love him.

I appreciate the fact thay we have had him for so long because if he was as fit and mobile as say, McGregor...he'd never have been a Celtic player to begin with.

He will leave eventually but will be sad to see him go regardless.

 

You would hope we could get a significant fee for Tam, even with a year left on his deal. Even £3m for him is peanuts to someone in the middle east where he would be a world beater.

If we did manage to get a decent fee for him, replacing him with the kid from Bayern or Swedberg would be incredible business. I'm sure I heard someone say the kid from Bayern would only cost us £500k was it? Swedberg would be a few million. I would take either of them but for the money? Christopher Scott has to be a huge shout.

 

Will definitely be the end of an era if rogic, bitton leave...the last remnants of the first Lennon era. Sad to see them go

Tbh in the year before Ange arrived, I wouldn't have stood in his way. I've always liked him but felt perhaps his best was behind him, and that there might not be room for him. However, I wouldn't want him to leave now, he's shown he can still be very effective under the right management. Hope it's not the end, but if so he'll leave with all my gratitude.

 

Add in the fact that Ange will surely want him to stay as well

 

The Man City game for me is a standout...

That performance was incredible from him, he literally did everything from controlling the play in midfield to pressing effectively with energy.

Literally only thing he missed out on was a goal otherwise it was a perfect game by him

 

Could justify a deal for Tom over Forrest's to be honest.

There were rumours weeks ago that he wanted to go back home, so these insta posts are just adding fuel to that fire.

 

Might be he’s just celebrating being here for 10 years

 

I hope he stays but we need an energetic ball winning midfielder as that is an area of concern. McCarthy does not fit that role. Too slow. He should be punted. Looking forward to phase 2 of the Ange revolution.

Bittons got what looks like a farewell pic on insta wee while ago. Would be good to know officially today all the main ones leaving so we can give them the best send off tomorrow.

 

Looks like he's leaving. Will be watching him after the game tomorrow to see if he stays out applauding the fans after the rest have left the pitch.

 

Aye defo expect whoever does the presser the day to confirm it, might be ange might be Kennedy as ange was in London last night
