    Agree with pretty much it all other than Bitton being one of our best 3 for balance.

    If playing he'd be in the DM role you said your reluctant to move McGregor from; further forward he's just too slow to move the ball on quickly for Ange's system to be effective.

    He has his uses and has turned in a few good performances for us this season but I think we need better in the engine room. When our system is built-on a quick, speedy attack and high press we can't have players in there that want 4-5 touches when the ball comes.

    No issues with 3 more attacking options for 80% of our domestic games. We have most of the ball and are mostly on the front foot but when it comes to Europe and certain Hun games we need to be a wee bit more pragmatic and have a bit more steel in there. Hatate was immense when we pumelled them at home. That's his type of game but when the games are tighter and a battle we need a proper CDM. McCarthy really needs to be shipped out if he can't be utilised in games like this. We need a CDM we can rely on.

    We need a big Wanyama type player in the middle of the park, we are badly missing that presence.

    If all goes well and we sign Jota and CCV we need the following in my opinion

    First team left back.
    Big * battling centre mid
    Right winger
    Left winger
    3rd choice forward.
    back up keeper.

    If we want to challenge on both European and domestic fronts we need more quality.

    I love him so much and think he'll be perfectly fine next season...but lord, Hatate really was a man down today and broke up so much our game when it looked like we could have been on for an attacking move.

    Maybe we could try integrate Guchi into the side and rear Hatate....try and get McGregor and Rogic more involved in forward play.

    What we need is someone like a Kante, doesn't have to be a big brickhouse like Wanyama although aesthetically it would be a dream to see a absolute unit like Wanyama in there again.

    Hatate was awful today, been that way for a while.

    Hopefully see what Guchi can offer with McGregor and O'Reily ahead of him.

    I love Rogic and Bitton, and I think they should definitely be here next year but we need to start thinking beyond them for the following year.

    I don't think we necessarily need a wanyama type. Those are hard to find anyway.

    We do need someone with pace and legs to get about the park as currently we get overrun too easily against any decent quality opposition.

    The creative players are great against poorer opposition and its exactly the right approach to go as attacking as possible against pretty much 90% of this league.

    However in Europe and games like today we need more nous.

    Said before that we don't have a physical presence in the team like team of the past, exception to CCV, Bitton and Giakoumakis. Need greater physicality, but I think Ange prefers speed and agility over physicality. Games like these you need to give as good as you get.

    Desperately lacking a ball winner in midfield. Hatate is "too nice" and Rogic and O'Riley are not that type. CalMac having to do too much. Needs addressed in summer window.

    Got to mind though mate the huns play with 3 cluggers in midfield with the sole intention of closing the space and stopping our players playing. There could be an argument for getting midfielders who are just sharper. Part of the problem today was hatate who was a man down. But he's definitely got it and will prove himself next season.

    Always feel you need a strong balance in midfield, which includes a ball winning midfielder - a midfielder that can do a bit of everything and an attacking mid.

    Need to be able to fight fire with fire at times. If you have a decent DM it means they will take care of the AM on the other side, and allows your own midfield to function - all being well.
