Hatate is the difference maker in such a strange way. I’ve never seen such a Jekyll and Hyde player.

He picks up a good position, passes and moves and we’re on our way. Then the next 3 times he has time and space and gives the ball away.

If he irons his game out we win this 3 or 4 nil. If he gets tired and keeps giving it away we’re struggling second half.

Probably safer to bring Bitton on.

 

Came into it after the goal but that wasn't good enough, for me.

First 20 we were diabolical and couldn't string two passes together. That shouldn't be happening this far into Ange's reign and in a game like this.

Think Jota has easily been our best player. Maeda has been decent too but should have scored.

Ralston, Taylor, Hatate have been really poor.

 

Im assuming the beast done something with the booing.

Oriley, 2 cbs, ralston and jota been our best players, wee maeda doing ok but his chance taking is quite poor.

Hetate is having an absolute mare and wee kyogo doesnt do it yet in these games, doing a lot of work but nothing else.

 

Problem is Ralston is one the of the few that give us some dig. Hatate doesn’t do it for me either.

 

Not played well, quite nervous and scrappy, yet 1 up and should have been 2. Hatate must come off at half-time, we're basically playing with 10 men he's been so poor.

 

Absolutely need a target man. We’re getting the space for crosses. A big CF will create problems, Rangers defence is all over the place.

Mcgregor has been phenomenal, badly need another midfielder to give him support.

 

Hatate wants too much time and touches on the ball every time, also looks as knackered as he said he was

 

I don't think we're at our best but I still think the performance has been fine. I'll always take being 1-0 up on they * at half-time. Should be 2-0 really. Bad miss by Maeda. Hatate off for Bitton will win us this game.

 

Fully tongue in cheek here yeah, but what would happen if Beaton had actually somehow injured O'Riley if he caught him more going down his Achilles heel?

At HT, all I can say is that we should be 2-0 especially with those two chances with Kyogo and Maeda.

Up until our goal we seemed we were just going through motions, a little slack and just not at the races.

After the goal though, we've been different beast and the only issue I have is annoyingly because I * love the lad, but Hatate has been so weak in possession and I think he needs bringing off.

 

Cannot believe Maeda shat it from that. Mcgregor as captain should be tearing strips of him for that. No excuses whatsoever. This is it! This is the * title that buries these mutant hillbilly * and he is ducking out of a certain goal scoring opportunity..

And Ange's biggest fault for me this season is his belief in Hatate in recent games. For whatever reason his physical conditioning has disappeared and his mental resilience looks non-existent. He should be nowhere near this game today for me.

We should definitely be able to create more 2nd half, but this season our 1st half is always our better half.

 

Japanese culture is very courteous and respectful which I admire in all other scenarios but if a Hun is on the floor leave the * there

 

Hatate isn't just tired, he is shocking, keeps giving it away or just letting them take it off him. Badly need him replaced at half time.

 

Maeda is the exact opposite of hatate in the regards he takes the hits and just keeps coming back, you need that to have any chance in this league

We're so close now.

Second goal wins us the league, but we can't get complacent. Bring Hatate off at half time or on the hour mark.

 

The last 3 games against them we’ve been absolutely brutal the first 15/20 minutes.

Don’t understand how they come flying out the traps every time and we can’t match them.
