Wish this wasnt happening, but it is so the way im looking at is,this is a mini tournament and not a friendly.Bollox i know but the thought of us playing a friendly against them is madness.

Also we have heard a lot about Ange not being a yes man, well either he is and hes talking this up because the board told him to or he doesnt get this club and what we are about.Either way i dont want to hear or read anymore * about Ange looking forward to this blah blah blah.

It's * surreal thinking about it tbh. Obviously we as fans want * all to do with them, but the board are obviously never, ever going to follow that way of thinking. Especially not when, you'd imagine, there are wads of dough on the table.

    * it, am just goanny be happy for the * ausies who will get to witness a Glasgow Derby. You * better all do us proud!

Fans pretending to hate the idea while fighting over tickets for every old firm game in history. What do they expect the club to do but keep the old firm tag alive and well....you reap what you sow.

Sign here for ibrox away tickets.:78:

We should not be associating with them in any way. Stop giving them legitimacy.

If it helps us get better tv deals abroad then it’s the way forward we won’t be getting epl anytime soon so we have to evolve more money means better players means better results in Europe that’s the theory anyway

You hit the nail on the head. NSW is full of refugees and immigrants. Whilst QLD is a white redneck wonderland

    Playing them is ridiculous.

The club should not be a part of anything that brings them revenue, exposure etc. Accordingly, the club needs to forfeit all future games against them.

One has to stick to one's principles. :84:

Doesn't bother me to be honest. It's just a friendly & it'll sell well. Then there's a load of Aussie Celtic fans that would love to be able to go out and watch Celtic without flying out, booking days off work, spending money on hotels and so on without the certainty of a ticket.

I've always seen the "Old Firm" title as a way to describe the fixture, not as a way to describe our teams collectively, similar to the way we talk about the El Clasico, so again that angle doesn't bother me either.

I know this may be an unpopular opinion.

"Every other big club in Europe does it so why shouldn't we?"

Every other big club in Europe does many things I would love us to do but this isn't one of them. Celtic Rangers should only every be played outside Glasgow if the cups get moved to Murrayfield or we meet in a European final.
