Is Julien anywhere near fit? Would be an ideal game to ease him back into the team.

That team should be more than good enough to beat Raith Rovers.
Some players need the game time while others need a rest.
Entire 11 that will likely start v Bodo shouldn't start this one

No risks with any game, can't afford to drop our guard. That includes Raith.

Need to beat Bodo Glimt at our home with a big score like 6-0 to give them no hope of beating us overall. Very wary of playing on their home ground synthetic pitch and the climate there. They wiped out Roma FC on that same pitch.

    Hart

    Ralston
    CCV
    Starfelt/ Julien
    Taylor/Scales

    Rogic
    Gucci/Bitton
    Calmac

    Forrest/Doak
    Giakoumakis
    Maeda

Hopefully finish off Raith clinically and conclusively by 4-0 in the first half and rest some players in the second half, having in mind the Bodo game to come.

Hope they dont go out with intention to assault our players like Alloa did.

The way Ange is, he’ll be putting out a strong team imo. I think he wants to win everything this season and won’t take the risk.

I’d like to see Hart, CCV, Hatate and McGregor rested, something like:

Oluwayemi - I just want to see him play

    Ralston Welsh Starfelt Scales

    Oriley Biton

    Forrest Turnbull Doak

Giak or the kid Dawson, I thought he was not bad

If Turnbull is still out then Rogic

Ange needs to get his priorities straight.. the league is all that matters this season.

We have already seen with Kyogo and Calmac especially the consequences of Ange wanting to win every game. There is absolutely no need to play any of our first picks against the this mob in the Cup at home.

Win the league this year and the cups will follow, he doesn't have to win everything this season it won't be a disaster but losing the league would be a disaster

We are not in any competition to make up numbers.

We are in every one to win it. Yes,we should use the squad but that's no excuse for * any competition.

Good to see Jullien back in the mix. Would be great if he was fit enough to start and maybe get an hour in.

Don't know why people are advocating wholesale changes. Every round of the cups just as important. Can't afford to underestimate anyone. ICT and Clyde spring to mind. By all means use the game to get guys up to speed but winning this is every bit as important as winning the final.

I get that the league is a priority but we're fukin Celtic we play to win every match, every trophy.

I’d bring in Julien but wouldn’t really make any other changes in defence. Maybe Scales.

I’d start Maeda up front. I think he needs as much game time as possible with his new team mates to continue to gel.

I’d like to see Forrest get some game time to see where he’s at.

I think we seen a glimpse of O’Riley and Rogic together and thought it went well, so I’d be interested to experiment with that.

I’d give Hatate the weekend off to work purely on fitness and I’d usually be reluctant to drop the captain but Calmac’s been through a lot the last few weeks with his facial injury.
