Ange will have a better sense of who's in top condition and who's not, but the only change I would make is Maeda for Jota. Wouldn't be surprised to see either O'Riley come in or Maeda moved up top though.

If we win this that’s another potential banana skin out of the way.

Can’t wait for this. Can’t wait for every game at the moment.

Complete polar opposite to this time last year when every single game was a chore filled with dread.

I agree. I don't see any reason for him not to start again through the middle on Wednesday though he put in a decent shift overall today. Can bring Maeda on later for his pace when hopefully their defense is tiring.

Totally agree. I also think Maeda could do some serious damage later coming on after Jacko has worked them hard for an hour or so.

Hard to say what our strongest 11 is now that we're getting players back, but it's an excellent problem to have. We still have Kyogo and Guchi to return in the coming few weeks (hopefully) too.

Our strength in depth has gone from being so poor even a few months ago to borderline incredible since January.

Should hopefully be a relatively straightforward 3 points, they'll get stuck in no doubt but if we get an early goal or two as we've been doing recently then we could give them a doing.

Agree, that would be my starting 11 too.

Yes, have to start our strongest 11 for this one, can rest/rotate in cup game on Sunday.

That lineup is the definition of "not managed carefully".

    Was thinking that myself.

If we pump them he might be gone by the end of the week.

Which means the sheep will either be playing their hearts out, or going through the motions.

Jullien to get match sharp and Turnbull to get back from injury as well soon hopefully also.

    I don;t think that is likely @Noskeil @LectersLuncheon .

Aberdeen's home form has been pretty strong actually. It's away from home where they've really struggled, and it makes it seem all th worse because they've played so many away games recently, so I don't think unless their home form really tanks would Glass be in serious danger. They have won 5 of their past 6 games at home, and the one that they didnt win they held Sevco to a 1-1 draw (and they probably should've won that one also), and they have a game in hand v St J (again at home) and if they'd have played and won that, they'd be sitting in 5th, 1 point behind M'well and they've played less home games than anyone in the Premiership, so really I auapect that they will be well in the hunt for 4th, and maybe 3rd (althouth Hearts have that pretty much on lock at the moment), come season's end.

I’d pick this team but swap Maeda for giakoumakis. Try punish them quick n tire then with the movement from the front 3 then bring giakoumakis on and see what impact he has from the bench

Because it's Sky who don't really give a * about Scottish football - even more so since slippy g left to go back down the road.

Aberdeen at Aberdeen is usually tough but they’ve been dreadful recently their back 3 has been Montgomery who obviously can’t play and Ross Mccrorie and David bates who were basically Huns defence when we were pumping them 4 and 5 nothing so we should really be going to town on a defence like that with the players we have, weather forecast for Aberdeen is actually fairly decent, no gale force wind and dry so I’m not usually someone who is overly confident but could see another comprehensive win 3 or 4-0
