    His stats for the season are really impressive. He's also been involved in so many vital goals.

    Fans were harsh on him when he had an off game. He's 20 year old and a developing talent. The talent is there and the consistency will come.

    So true his composure in front of goal is tremendous. Really attacks that back post area so well. So much to come you think from him too as he grows and learns as a player given he is only 20.

    He is the blue print of what our transfer policy should be moving forward.

    We should be looking at these lesser markets and getting in their best young players in.

    I think this is true but it does emphasise our need to get the scouting to a high level.

    The Israeli league has served us well on the most part. Abada, Kayal, and Bitton have all been successes. Efe had his ups and downs and Gershon barely played. 3 and a half(Efe) from 5 isn’t bad. They were all for modest fees as well.

    Also you have to remember both Kayal and Bitton could have been big money sales having signed both for less than a £1m had it not been for injuries. Kayal was linked with Liverpool at one point before McCulloch done him and Bitton was a La Liga club.

    If the Palace rumours are true they can * right off. If Diallo was 17 million then Liel is 37 million at least. (But if course we'll never get that kind of money because we're in Scotland)

    He'll still have 4 years in the summer so it will have to be a crazy fee but it's one to watch out for.
