What’s the rules in Serbia? I’m not aware of what they are to be honest? Was he showing symptoms?

 

I’d say all it requires is a bit of common sense and decency, regardless of whether it’s a guideline or not.

He either 100% knew he was positive, or at the very least knew he may have it hence the PCR. It takes a special sort of * to then go and do meet and greets with kids and hundreds of other people in the following day or two.

As I said, there’s no defending it.

Not a nice thing Im going to say but its * like that I hope feel the pain of losing someone as opposed to the ones they could be infecting/trying to do their bit, better still themselves.
