At time's we've had no option's and our bench has been diabolical. No one can tell me he wouldn't of chipped in with number's for us and been a threat..

 

Would take him in a heartbeat...
1. Always causes the Huns problems 2. Knows the league
3. Has pace
4. Scores goals
5. He is direct
6. He is physically strong.

Put it this way, I'd rather he was on our bench than theirs. No brainer for me...

 

I'd take him no bother for around 2 million mark although I don't blame Hibs if they're looking for more.

 

My hun mate was saying the cup semi final was 1st time he's scored against them.

I would take him purely as squad player and wouldn't pay more than 1m for him.

 

If he was available for something like £1 million, I'd be all over it?

I think this is a non starter Hibs will want £3mish to sell and we won’t want to pay that sort of fee for a 28 year old player with no potential future return.

Also just to look at some of our other linked players, you could probably get Ferhat and Gudmundsson for less than £3m this month if you signed a precontract and negotiated a fee to take them now.

 

for 1-1.5m I'd take him, he would thrive in our system and would be good cover whilst our strongest 11 is making their way to Tirana

 

Maybe 1.5M and give them Henderson permanently, and the like of Shaw or Monty on loan.

 

If he was a youngster then maybe you would look at him and think he has potential but he's 28 and unlikely to improve, so he'd be a squad player at best. I'd rather we went for someone else.

He would be great in our system, and Ange could 100 percent get a tune out if him.

But for 3m? Nope.

Theres better and younger out there for that price.

Shame, could have had a great season or two with us, then moved on after his legs had gone. Runs his heart out, pacey, knows where the net is, and is still hungry.

He’s very good, but if we’ve any kind of scouting at all (I know, I know) then we’ll get better for cheaper from elsewhere.
Hibs won’t sell him to us for £1m. Quoted us £4m for McGinn and sold him to Villa for almost half that.

 

I think we would see the best of Martin at Celtic with Ange's philosophy and it would be a take from me, Robson wasn't a particularly inspiring signing at the time but he was a * of a player in the right system and Boyle has the attributes to be effective

 

Not for me tbh, never really impressed me when playing against us

 

If Ange wants him get him.. simple as that for me.
Happy if we got him wouldn't be too disappointed if we didn't..

 

He’s a low risk option that would absolutely do a job for us, and be a good squad player. Would he start? Nah. Is he worth 3mill? Nah. 1.5mill would be fine but no more than that
