Genuinely thought whilst he was playing with us that we needed an upgrade on him. He lacked quality in both the defensive and final third and it was a massive shock to me that we got £10m for him. That Kent had him on the back foot every time he played against the Huns.

I think we are stronger at right back now with the way Ralston is playing + Juranovic.

    Have a day off man.

Frimpong is only 20 years old and is one of the biggest talents and has been one of the strongest performers in one of the best leagues in the world, and will end up playing for one of the elite teams in the world.

I liked Agathe but he had several limitations, to say Frimpong couldn’t lace his boots is utterly laughable.

Hence why I’m on the forum and got an alert that you quoted me.

Stop being a * for no reason.

Don’t think I could disagree with this more.

He was very clearly a standout for us, even at a young age, playing in a team devoid in any kind of tactical ability. Was the only player to actually show up against Sevco on occasion.

Not in the least bit surprised to see him tear it up in the Bundesliga.

Didn't realise the wee * played 51 times for us.

His time with us seems like a bit of a blur to me, shame he couldn't have played under a better manager.

He's having a tremendous season, hope we've added a sell on fee as Real Madrid are being touted.

Madness the number of people who didn't rate him. Quality player who stagnated/regressed under woeful management.

His form was pretty poor before he left tbf. But that was probably down to poor management and the possibility of the wee fud being one of the players Lennon alluded to after Ferencvaros

There’s always an element of the support that get a bit * when anyone decides to leave. Frimpong definitely felt a bit of that.

Quality player and no surprise he’s now doing very well in the Bundesliga.

The people that didn’t or don’t rate him are as thick as *, or they were wanting to be controversial. Simple as that. He’ll go to the very highest levels of the game.

He must have improved hugely because his form before he left was poor. Weak in the tackle and final ball was atrocious. Not trying to be controversial so I must be thick. :( Only seen him when he played us since he left so he may well have improved.

He wasn't setting the world on fire for us. Would just bomb it up the wing, get stuck and pass it back, very weak in the tackle as someone else said. We pushed him into big games too soon as well, was often clearly out of his depth. If you feel thick for not rating him, bear in mind that Man City had ten years to look at him and let him go, so you're in good company.

Was decent going forward but a liability defensively. Jota done him a good few times. Maybe he's improved that side of his game. At the time I wasn't exactly greeting about him getting sold.

If the rumoured fee is to be believed, neither were we.
