    Excellent work as always @Taz , I wasn't born until 86 but find myself drawn to films and music from before my time. Honestly appreciate these threads mate they are a joy and your hard work posting the countdown posts are worth an award as this is done on top of what you do in your personal life. :57:

    @Taz * good show mate. You’ve outdone yourself with this one. What I love about the movie countdowns is the randoms ( for me ) that I’ve never heard of. Definitely going to watch some, starting with The Warriors. Maybe it never got released in Oz, I’ve never heard of it. So it’s exciting for me to discover these gems. It’s Saturday morning here, * down rain and got all the kids moaning “ what are we doing today “.

    lol... not sure how many of them would be super kid friendly, heh, but never too early to begin their movie education, haha.

    Oh, the Warriors definitely was released in Australia. I used to work at a video store back when I was in high school and that was where I first came across it and it wasn't new then, lol. That and the Wanderers make for a * of a double bill, lol.

    Pretty much have been doing the same thing. Revisited a couple of flicks not sat through in years - Apocalypse Now again just this afternoon (its available on the BBC iplayer for the next month), but also there are a few that had not previously caught that I have been. Lady Sings the Blues is the next on youtube.

    It had been that long since I sat through Duck, You Sucka! I completely forgotten so much about it, especially about Sean's backstory in Ireland etc. Funnily enough I remembered some of the scenes but just forgotten the context.

    Strange thing ! I was reading through recent posts and noticed your comments about "Duck you sucka..."

    Never seen it, dont plan to, didnt google the title or the film. Just read your post and moved to another thread.

    Few mins later opened Youtube, Ive got about five favourite music/movie clips ( eg Terminator / Bar room brawl, Apocalypse : Ride of the Valkyries etc.

    Whats now top of the listing : Duck you sucka ..Bridge scene
