Excellent second half. Be tempted to start Johnstone in place of Abada in the next game. Looks like he's desperate to impress. Same with Scales instead of Montgomery.

We seriously need to take our chances though, we miss far to many that we should be scoring. Couple shakey moments the back but there's improvements there that you can see. Second half was definitely better than the first, even before the goal.

Scales looked alright but didn't have to do much, giakoumakis had some good play and almost scored a wonder goal, Jota is looking cracking and is out main creative outlet these days. Sensible subs from Ange, not badly times either, I'd maybe have gone slightly earlier with them though.

Good solid win with some excellent play at times, we didn't really look like losing. We went from the first half not creating much to the second half where we missed so many chances. Jota was excellent, CVV and Starfelt were pretty solid for much of the match but Starfelt had his usual moment and nearly caused us to loose a goal. The big Greek was good when he came on and should have scored, looking forward to seeing more of him. Ange managed the game well, bringing Bitton on at the right time. You have got to be happy with that, on to the next one we go.

 

Best avoiding this thread during the game, absolute come down lol. Enjoyed that.
Need to continue to work on our crosses and finishing as should have been at least 4/5, but I'm delighted with the performance in the grand scheme of things.

Jotas pass and Kyogos finish were perfect, Ralston's last ditch challenge was brilliant, and thought Johnson was * excellent when he came on. Hart also did very well.

Starfelt seems determined to keep folk questioning him, but he'd played well overall.

Solid outing. I'm noticing how much we reply on counterattacks to score- the ball indeed goes faster towards the front when we regain possession in our third. A good trait to have. Sloppy 1 on 1 finishing though- we need to put in training hours. Jota is a force to be reckoned with- getting more and more tangible results from his plays.

We over-ran them in the second half, we were too much for them simple as that. Id like to see Giakoumakis getting on the end of some of those chances we made near the end of the second half, Ive got a feeling he will put them away.

See Tbf aswell as we played we really should have won 5-0 but if Barkas had been in goals could easily been 2-2 , few good saves but his shouting and confidence also gives the defender s confidence
Personally think big starfelt starting to grow and look more confident
