Last week he slated the GB for the banner. Then on Sunday he tweeted basically what the banner said. So when actual loyal paying fans do it he says it’s disrespectful but when he’s making a couple quid from a rag he’s all over it. :56:

Can’t stand him these days, he would’ve been utter brutal if this was Deila or another foreign manager.

He has said that it’s time for a change, yes he hasn’t went in two footed on Lenny like he did on Ronny, but why is that surprising? Lenny is his mate. You’ll struggle to find any completely impartial pundits today. He also wasn’t all wrong in his criticism of SOME people protesting outside Parkhead on Sunday.

His mild criticism of Lennon is cloaked in much more vicious diatribes against other people and issues which are irrelevant. His comments after the first Sparta humping were atrocious.

He tried to blow the Moi phone situation out of all proportion and then dedicated another worthless 15 minutes to bashing Leigh Griffiths, who was one of the few to perform that night.

It was all a horrible distraction technique.

How ironic he's become everything he shredded Derek Johnston for. A * cheerleader for * and incompetence.

Should be a petition to get him on sky because Boyd wouldn’t get a word in edge wise and would stop covering our games as he can’t stand him

Chris Sutton broke down today talking about losing his Dad to dementia. Sutton gets some stick but he calls it the way he see's it and thats all you can ask for, always liked the big man and of course what a player he was for us.

Would bring a tear to a glass eye thst would. One of them moments ya have to bit your lip to stop your emotions taking over. Was for me anyway! Chris is always controversial, but he speaks it how it is. A very good trait to have although you won't have many people liking you if your like this quality in you. Fair play to him for going on and doing that interview. Takes slot of courage to do that knowing others are going to see you like this.

CELTIC hero Chris Sutton has recalled the night he spent in the cells before his move to Blackburn.

The Parkhead icon turned pundit opened up on being arrested after a night out which saw him briefly behind bars after bending the indicator in a car.

Sutton, who was leaving Norwich, was ready to be announced as a new signing for Kenny Dalglish's Blackburn the following day.

But that could've been under threat if not for having already signed a contract and Dalglish's relaxed response to the incident.

Speaking on Open Goal, Sutton recalled: “Yeah that’s the only research you have done, I got arrested.

“I was out Bryan Gunn and a few of the others I can’t really remember.

“I got misled, led astray as you do as a young guy and I dived into a convertible mini head on and bent the indicator a little bit

“I went into a nightclub upstairs and the police came in and I went out the fire exit and jumped in a taxi to go home.

“Then three police cars surrounded the taxi. Nothing in the nightclub just in the car I'd bent the indicator when I jumped in, not a lot happens in Norfolk!

“So then I got put in the cells.”

Quizzed by Si Ferry and Paul Slane on the podcast, Sutton then revealed his biggest fear was how his dad would react.

He continued: "All I was worried about was my dad.

“I hadn’t really thought about the move I just kept thinking ‘my dad is going to kill me’.

“Kenny laughed it off, having said that I had already signed for Blackburn so there was nothing he could do about it, really.

“He was fine. I was a young man and we all make mistakes.”
