Aberdeen 1 - 2 Celtic

Defence once again is a complete and utter shambles. No more playing out from the back because everyone is too scared to show themselves for the ball. A team as * as Aberdeen can shut down our one 'tactic'.

Kyogo is the shining light. Without him, I just don't know. Turnbull is a limp wee *. Great cross for the goal though.

 

Happens too often to him. Maybe him and Jota could switch coz none of them are getting much joy

 

Makes you think players are hiding when they aren't showing for throw ins

Should be beating these * by a few goals, they're absolutely pish.

Although they have worked out the way to get results against us, kick * out of our players then fall over the minute we put any pressure on them. The hun method.

 

We are lucky Kyogo is back. His attitude is incredible. I think his attitude is also why he is back playing so soon. A lot of other players would be out for months you can guarantee it

 

Montgomery and Ralston are rank. Boli deid ?

 

Off the ball we are so poor, bad positioning and half hearted movement. Can tell the teams lacking confidence aswell.

 

Aberdeen have been worse.

Need to change it up. Rogic on …need better passes through middle to Kyogo. Full backs really struggling, Aberdeen should play more through Montgomery’s side

 

2 bad teams need to win here at any cost regardless of performance. At least we've hit the bar so that's the excuse sorted if it does go * up

 

You’d swear we were trying to concede, absolute * show at the back again. Just pray we score the next goal

Long punts to nobody even though this inverted full backs are meant to give us an overload?

A few times they've had 3 or 4 players swarming us and there's not a single player in a position to receive a pass.

Ramirez unmarked in the box for a shot, 20 seconds later a guy unmarked from the follow up corner, 5 seconds after that 3 unmarked down our right side to play the square ball (thankfully Ferguson fluffed it)

Montgomery has potential but not ready yet for a full season.

Ralston has been brutal, left a ball go over his head then gets too tight and gets turned in the box. Took a bad tough outside the opposition box and 1 pass lets them go 2 v 2.

I'm not sure how Ange can watch this system and think it's putting us in the best position to win games.

 

bitton has added some balance in midfield.

Build up out of the back is far too slow, when welsh was starting if he didn't have a quick passing option he was able to carry the ball into midfield himself, adding that extra option, too static now. Starfelt looks scared, think he heard scottish football was tough but when the whilst blows because you look at someone the wrong way the referees have killed that.

 

We may as well change our name to Kyogo FC and have his face as our badge. Without him, this may well have looked like another year under Lennon.

What a day when both Aberdeen full backs are better than Celtic's.

I'd buy Ramsay in a heartbeat.

 

He needs to start giving Scales or Bolingoli games at LB, neither Taylor or Montgonery are good enough and it's going to cost us.

Rogic didnt deserve to be dropped over Turnbull, and this game shows that, lack creativity in the middle.

It's been very slightly better than the other domestic games, but Aberdeen have been * going forward.

Btw that Ramsay is some player, only 17 too I believe.
