That was such a weird comment considering his history as a manager, don’t know if it’s him being flippant and arsey like he does a lot when he’s annoyed and being question or genuinely believes it.

If he does it must have been an opinion formed after he was a club manager, because it doesn’t add up before then. Even at Middlesbrough he didn’t seem to be averse to Scottish players.

And as a player himself, he was extremely proud of his fitness levels and how long he played at a high level because of how he took care of himself.

 

Personally I think he was brought here incase * goes * up with ange I have a sneaky feeling the other two coaches have talked to board with concerns about anges approach

Half-arsed appointment, then. * hire a manager, don't let him have his own staff, and then have a "contingency plan", because Ange can't really work with the clueless duo. Yet, the same board had no guts to appoint Gordon Strachan immediately, if they wanted to have their preferred man. They are both evil and confused/crazy.

 

If Strachan replaces Ange then I'm done.

 

When wee Strachan was in charge it was the only time in my life l walked away during a Celtic game (Motherwell away) to go and watch the juniors. Appreciate what he done here but sometimes the football was chronic to watch.

 

It's job for the boys if Strachan were to replace Ang and one Strachan is bad enough at the club with two being there.
The club is a basket case at the moment and Desmond and company are responsible for the mess it's in .

i hope your right, somethings not right about his appt, i believe hes there to take over if ange experiment falls apart

i want ange to succeed everyone does but it makes sense that the board have someone to step in if it fails, they are not going to let ange stumble through the next few months dropping points all over the place like lennon did last season
